Quick and nutritional. This dish is one of my favorite because is so easy to make and so delicious. You can vary so easily, kale instead pf spinach, minced beef instead of prawns, leeks instead of onion, etc. Still all on the same base and all very easy.

2 Tbsp | Tamari Soya Sauce |
350 gram | Wild Spinach |
0.5 Tsp | Dry Chili |
200 gram | Prawns |
1 Tbsp | coconut oil |
Cut onions and fry them for five minutes on medium heat with tthe coconut oil, add a little bit of water if it gets to dry.
Chop wild spinach and fry them in the pan with the onions. Add two tablespoons of tamari soya sauce.
Stir until spinach shrinks and add a half a teaspoon dry chili.
Add 50 ml water and the prawns with the other ingredients and cook until pink .
You can eat this dish with rice, pasta, noodles or just like this.
