A good salad is so delicious and so easy to varied. Just add leaves and veggies together, some seeds , avocado and done. The sauce of the salad will either make it or brake it . The original vinaigrette is delicious and safe. But always the same sauce is boring though. That is way I try to vary and with this vinaigrette you will find out how the change of just one ingredient can make such a different.

125 gram | small tomatoes |

We start with making the sauce: mix in a blender until smooth(1 minute) the apple, olive oil, honey and mustard.
Roast your seeds until brown, watch carfully because as soon as they turn brown they are raedy. Stire them a little bit and leave them on o plate or little bowl.
Peel your avocado, take the pit out and cut the flesh in peaces and mix all the ingredients together in a big bowl including the sauce. Hussle and it's ready to eat. Enjoy!
