half banana
25 gram gluten free oats
20 ml sheep yoghurt
20 gram blueberries
6 gram pumpkin seeds
5 gram sunflower seeds

Mix the sheep yoghurt, almond milk, acai berry, banana, gluten free oats smooth in a blender.

Then pore it into a bowl and decorate with blueberries, sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
