It's the season for Yummy Broth. It's a party in the pan where all the vegetable and herbs from winter season meet each other and work together to give you the best booster you body and soul can have. On top op that your house will be warm and smells delicious!
I found the farmers market the best indicator to find all the vegetable you need. I am putting a lot in this soup but you don't have to put all of the veggies and herbs or bones in it. Whatever you have will be good.
Hope you have as much fun and joy making and eating it as I do!
Boost yourself up for Christmas!!!
Enjoy!

1 | red peper |
0.5 | chicken carcass |
1 | red onion |
3 big | carrots |
1 | beef soup bone |
2 stems | celery |
0.5 | celeriac |
0.5 | swede |
3 leaves | bay |
2 stems | thyme |
2 stems | rosemary |
3 | tomatoes |
4 cloves | garlic |
4 stems | parsley |
25 gram | fresh ginger |
0.5 | cabbage |
1 small | courgette |
1 | leek |
10 lt | water |
0.5 | pumpkin |
Cut all the ingredients a little bit smaller and put them in your pan. Fill it up to the top and leave it on low fire the whole day if possible. The longer the better. It doesn't need to cook. Before you like to close the fire bring it to boiling point and let it boil for 20 minutes.
Everyday you bring your soup to boiling point and leave it for 15 minutes on medium heat. I will stay good for at least 5 days!
Have fun, enjoy and Keep on Eating!!!
